P/K – 12th Grade,
2011-2012 Faith Formation classes
in the Cross Way Center on
Tuesday, August 9 (8AM-7PM)
&
Wednesday, August 10 (8AM-5PM)
To obtain more information about faith formation registration,
a registration form, a faith formation class schedule and

Registration forms will not be accepted prior to the first day
of registration on August 9
PLEASE NOTE: A $20 late fee per child will be assessed
to those registrations received after Sunday, August 21.
Please register before this date to avoid the late fee.
